2. The "Maintain" Plan
The "Maintain" package builds on the Monitor plan by adding essential maintenance services to keep your IT systems efficient and secure.
This package suits businesses looking for a more proactive approach to managing their IT infrastructure, ensuring ongoing maintenance goals are met and enhancing security.
3. The "Manage" Plan
Our comprehensive "Manage" package offers full-scale management of your IT operations, providing all the benefits of the Monitor and Maintain plans with additional top-tier services.

The second component of our Managed IT Support Plans are our Cost Models.
1. The "Variable" Cost Model
Ideal for businesses looking for flexible, pay-as-you-go services tailored to specific needs and usage. This model allows you to control costs by paying only for the services you use, making it an excellent choice for businesses monitoring their cash flow or those with fluctuating IT demands and usage.
2. The "Fixed" Cost Model
For businesses seeking complete IT service coverage, our all-you-can-eat model provides unlimited IT support for a fixed monthly fee. This option is perfect for businesses that require extensive IT support and prefer predictable billing to simplify budgeting.

At TLR Technology Solutions, we prioritise transparency, offering clear and upfront pricing information. Use our example pricing calculator to explore costs for different business scenarios. This tool illustrates how costs per user typically decrease as your organisation grows, highlighting the scalability and adaptability of our services.
Disclaimer:
1. All prices start from the listed amount and are billed monthly.
2. Prices exclude GST (Goods and Services Tax).
3. Contracts are for 12 months, with a 90-day notice period for termination. Outstanding service fees for the remainder of the contract will be invoiced upon termination.
4. Initial setup costs are not included in the variable cost pricing and will be billed separately on the first invoice.
5. In the Variable Cost Model, the first 2 hours of technical support per month are included; additional hours are billed as incurred.
6. The Fixed Cost Model includes unlimited remote support for end-user issues/faults but excludes non-support activities (including but not limited to; service requests exceeding thirty minutes, projects, new hardware setup, third-party vendor interactions).
7. The pricing calculator cover specific services; additional needs (such VoIP/Business Telephony, additional network equipment, Azure Cloud instances, or extra Microsoft 365 tenancies) are not included but can be managed separately.
8. Final pricing will be tailored based on a comprehensive assessment of your unique environment and requirements.
